Depression
Depressive disorders are a range of mood disorders that are characterized by persistent and intense sadness, feelings of worthlessness, and the inability to seek pleasure for extended periods.

PTSD
Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a mental health disorder that is triggered by a terrifying event. This disorder is characterized by flashbacks, severe anxiety, nightmares, and uncontrollable thoughts related to this event that was either personally experienced or witnessed.

We utilize a blended therapy approach to treat the whole person, taking mental and social factors into consideration, rather than treating just the symptoms of bipolar disorder. It’s scary, it’s overwhelming, you might think it won’t work for you. It was me. Anybody that said they were free from their addiction, I never believed that it can be true. Then I got to a point where I could not hide anymore. Here at BHPS, Every day we hit the gym from Monday to Friday. Every weekend we had activities like hiking, gaming.
